Cooking

step-0
Sift flour.
step-1
Add the yeast, salt, 4 tablespoons of sugar and stir.
step-2
In the dry mixture add the yogurt, sunflower oil, butter and egg.
step-3
Knead elastic dough. The dough place in a bowl, cover with a towel and put on half an hour in a warm place. Then the dough need to press down and another half an hour in a warm place.
step-4
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. For this Mac proverjaem in a small amount of water to steaming, then a little need to stretch. Then add 6 tablespoons of sugar and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
step-5
The finished dough divide into two equal parts, since we will get two rolls. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, and on top spread half of the poppy filling evenly distributed over the entire surface.
step-6
The dough roll into a roll, cut off ends, connect the ends, gently samipya them. Transfer the loaf on parchment paper
step-7
Then make cuts with scissors, thereby forming the petals. Make radial incisions 1 cm, but notching not to the end, and leaving the petals are held together. Now we can start to form a pie for this one petal, turn inside, and the next two leaving the outside by turning sideways. So do the same with the other petals, the result is the notched ring.
step-8
Previously cut off the ends connected and placed in the center of the ring. Cover cake with a towel and leave for proofing for 15-20 minutes.
step-9
Then grease the pie with egg yolk and bake at 200*C for 20-25 minutes.
step-10
Once the cake pop out of the oven, cover it with a towel and you need to give so cool.
step-11
Enjoy your tea!
