Cake with prunes and pistachios
Not to share with you this recipe I could not. Very, very tasty cake with prunes and a splash of pistachio nuts, tender and flavorful. This option is ideal baking from Stelios Pallaresa.

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    300 g

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Saffron

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Pistachios

    60 g

Soak in water prunes. Also put 30ml milk saffron. Leave for 1 hour. Looking forward to the debate about the saffron. Know what species it is very much. Here we are talking about the saffron grown in Greece, which is not as vigorous.
