Decided to diversify the assortment of a soup my family and a lot of time for the kitchen was not. The result was a delicious soup, suitable to my picky who eat soups with great reluctance. Interested - so please, help yourselves.

Cooking
Let's start cooking our soup. Boil the meat - in my case beef. While cooking the broth can do other things.
When the broth is almost cooked, break into a bowl or Cup of 3 eggs, add 1 pinch of salt, whisk and fry in a pan with a small addition on her sunflower oil, egg pancakes.
Here they are in our work, we leave the pancakes to priotity.
Then peel the onions and carrots, onions finely cut, carrots three on a grater and passeruem until transparent in small amount of olive oil.
Then take out from the broth the meat, cut it.
Sent to our broth, sliced meat, spasserovannye vegetables, salt to taste.
Then add the sliced potatoes.
While cooking the potatoes turn our egg pancakes into a tube and cut, in the end, we get the straw.
When the potato is almost ready, add the cut egg pancakes.
Add 3 tbsp of green peas.
Cut and add the greens - I have onions and dill. Give the soup to boil, turn off the heat and with the lid closed give the soup to stand for a moment.
Then pour the soup over the plates, call the family and sit down to dinner. An Amateur can apply to the soup sour cream (like me) or mayonnaise.
