Cooking
Fry the onions in oil, add liver, and cook for 10 min.
Sour cream diluted with 2 tbsp water, put on fire, add salt and pepper, add flour and warm up. The liver sort them into pots, pour the cream sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in oven until Golden brown.
The ready dish is served with greens! Bon appetit!
