Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    50 g

  • Cognac

    50 g

  • Salt

    15 g

  • Basil

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Juniper

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander
