A Christmas tree made from liver pancakes will adorn any Christmas table. This is an original table decoration and a delicious snack. Try it - you will not regret

Cooking
First prepare the dough for liver cake. Liver mince with onions. Add the egg, salt, soda and pepper.
Mix all ingredients. Add flour, again mix, then the milk and vegetable oil. Liver dough for pancakes ready. The consistency should be like regular pancakes
Bake in the pan and cooled pancakes
Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, squeezed through chesnokodavilku, and grated cheese
Pancakes to cut out triangles of different sizes, each coat with mixture of mayonnaise, cheese and garlic and skewered on a skewer. The skewer I pre-stuck to a small piece of carrot for sustainability.
The top was decorated with a star cut out of carrots and all over the tree and scattered the small pieces of cucumber and carrots for decoration. Of the remaining pancakes, you can make the cake to coat with mixture of mayonnaise, garlic and cheese. Bon appetit!
