Spicy onion soup with toast with a delicate pumpkin flavor.

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin

    80 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    2 cup

In a small saucepan stew the finely chopped pumpkin until tender.

In a medium saucepan stew the finely chopped onion in butter.

To the onions add the cream and pumpkin. Boil for 10 minutes. Mix the egg yolks, grated cheese, salt and this mixture to season the soup. Toast: fry the slices of white bread, cut into slices until Golden brown.

In a plate arrange Karabas-Barabas pumpkin seeds and red pepper.
