Salmon in cream with saffron and rosemary
To cook this dish is very simple, and the result is a luxurious salmon in a fragrant cream.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

This dish I cooked in a wonderful multivarka Vitek VT-4205 VK. Salmon cut into fillets, my and cut into pieces a La carte.

For this dish I took juicy, but a little carrot. Carrots wash, clean.

Slice the carrots using a special grater into very thin slices.

Put the bowl in the slow cooker.

With the lid closed, preparing a meal in the "Bake" for about 20 minutes. Serve the salmon with boiled rice, garnished with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Bon appétit!
