My attempt at writing step-by-step recipe. A variation on the theme of liver cake. Tender, flavorful and spicy dish. Perfect as a snack or a separate dish.

Cooking
In a blender, chop the liver, onion. Pour in the milk, break the egg. Season with salt to taste, I added 0.5 tsp.
Add the olive oil and flour. Again beat well with a blender.
Warm a pan. I fry without adding oil, my pan is ceramic, nothing sticks. If the pan issue, and oil. On each side for about minute.
