Chocolate biscuit roll
Delicate chocolate sponge roll with chocolate cream, very easy to prepare - all lovers of chocolate pastries.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Whites beat with a mixer.

In a separate bowl the egg yolks, add sugar, cocoa (sift), flour (sift).
