Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Whites beat with a mixer.
In a separate bowl the egg yolks, add sugar, cocoa (sift), flour (sift).
Mass with yolk good RUB until smooth, add the slaked soda. All stir well.

Then add the second half of the protein, stir well to avoid lumps. Dough for rolls is ready.
The dough pour into a form with baking paper and a small roll and put in a pre-heated oven 190*C.

And roll roll. While the cake cools, prepare the chocolate cream: heat the cream almost to a boil. Chocolate to break into pieces. In a bowl, mix: sugar, cocoa (sift), vanilla sugar. Add a little hot cream, stir well. Then add chocolate, stir until smooth, butter and remaining cream. All stir to combine and put the cream in the refrigerator to thickened (2-3 hours or less).
The cooled cake to roll out, coat with cream and roll roll. Put into the refrigerator to roll soaked in cream.
The finished roll can be additionally covered with chocolate or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
