Lazy dumplings with strawberry
This is probably the laziest dessert with strawberries. Slices of sweet, fluffy dough in boiling, juicy strawberry syrup. All this is done in a pot on the stove and takes less than half an hour. I'm sure you will do it again and again.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    4 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

In the photo I did a half portion. Strawberries cut (already cut need 4 cups). Sprinkle them with sugar ( sugar less), leave for 15 minutes in the refrigerator to leave in the evening.

To make the dough. Flour mixed with baking powder, salt and mix with chilled butter in a small crumb.

Add the milk and stir.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, put the strawberries and bring to a boil.

Spread the top with a spoon pieces of dough.

Tightly cover the pot and reduce the heat to a minimum. Cook until the dumplings look dry on top, 15 to 18 minutes.

Fire off and leave without lid for 5 minutes.

Serve with cream, sour cream.
