Vegetables in foil in a Chinese style
For lovers of Chinese cuisine recipe flavored grilled vegetables. Prepared just of available products, low calorie and delicious result!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Eggplant

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Dill

  • Cilantro

Cooking

Take eggplant, bell pepper, tomato, celery, onion, garlic, wash it and cut all into large chunks. I have a young garlic.

Put the vegetables in a bowl and pickle. Pour Sauce-marinade Kikkoman Teriyaki, add the coriander, chili flakes, vegetable and sesame oil.

Add finely chopped dill and cilantro, all mix well.

For batch feeding, severing the corresponding number of consumers the number of sheets of foil folded in half. On each folded sheet of foil, put the vegetables per serving.
