Zucchini baked with Parmesan
Tender, crisp zucchini. Turns out quite sharp, juicy, delicious. Can be used as a garnish or as a separate dish. The idea of the recipe a big thanks to Anna "Anna M".

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Zucchini wash, dry, cut off the ends, cut into longitudinal strips into 4 pieces (if zucchini are small) and if large, then in 6-8 pieces.

Spread zucchini on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper at a distance from each other, in order that they may brown on all sides.

In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, chopped garlic, spices, herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper mixture.

Stir the mixture and brush lubricated every stripe, to go several times to use all the toppings.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven until 220S until Golden brown (about 15 min.). Watch your oven.

The last 5 minutes I baked it on the "grill" on the upper level. You can sprinkle fresh herbs, I have parsley.
