Soup with cheese dumplings
Husband was given an unexpected request: "make some soup with dumplings". I didn't want to make them from simple "dumpling" dough. Came up with this option.

Ingredients

  • Bones

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Vegetables

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

From beef bones to cook the broth. Salt. Add the shredded potatoes.

Add the frozen vegetables. It's not necessary, I just had the leftovers. Instead of them just with onions spasserovat large carrots.

Add the breadcrumbs and egg, mix well. Roll into small balls. Dipped in the soup. Add herbs and spices to taste.
