Thick soup with rice and bacon
My husband often likes to say that once a day, soup should be in my stomach! So the soup is always present on our table! Offer to prepare a hearty warming and delicious soup with rice and pork belly.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

  • Tomato paste

  • Vinegar

  • Garlic

  • Bay leaf

  • Greens

Bacon cut into pieces.

Pour the bacon with cold water, cover the pan with a lid, bring to a boil, remove the foam. Reduce the heat and simmer under a lid for 30-40 minutes.

Finely chop onions, carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Fry the onions and carrots in the pan on a small amount of vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Then to the sauteed vegetables add red wine vinegar and tomato paste. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the dressing to the pan the brisket, put the Bay leaf and salt to taste. Let the soup boil.

The rice is cooked, now just add to the pot of greens, cover and allow to stand for 10 or 15 minutes.
