Tomato soup with rice and broccoli
Very bright, full of colors and tastes the soup. Not heavy, but quite thick, with lots of vegetables. It's also a chance to feed a family of useful broccoli on a voluntary basis.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    4 can

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Turmeric

    1 pinch

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Bacon, onion, carrot, garlic cut quite finely.

Fry the bacon without oil for 10 minutes. Add the rice and cook for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile grind the tomatoes into a puree and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper, turmeric.

Rice, bacon shifted to the tomatoes. Now you need to add onions, carrots, garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add broccoli florets and green peas (pre-thawed). Cook for another 7 minutes. Cover with a lid, remove from the hot plate. Let infuse and cool a little.
