Very fragile and delicate cookies. Lovers of nuts will like it! And easy to prepare.
Ingredients

Walnuts

0.5 cup

Yolk egg

Cooking
Take 1 Cup. walnuts.
Grind them in a blender.
Rastered nuts with 0,5 stack. sugar.
Add 2 egg yolks, 3 tbsp butter and 1 Cup. flour. Mix well. It turns out that kind of dough.
Roll the dough into the reservoir.
Cut out the figures, put them on the parchment. In each figure, put a piece of walnut, after brushing the dough with egg yolk, loose cannons with water.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. I have baked 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly and remove from parchment very carefully, as cookies are very fragile.
