Description
Pies – baked pies with a hole at the top. Prepare a dish of dough with various fillings. The name pie has received from a seam on the finished cakes, which stretches like a pie. Pies, the recipe of which was very popular in Russia, are still a favorite dish of the Russians. The most common recipes of this delicacy are: pies with meat, pies with fish and pies with cabbage.

Cooking
1. Make the dough. Sift flour.
2. Mix 2 tbsp flour with the sugar (1 tbsp) yeast. Add 50 ml of warm milk, stir with a whisk. Put the bowl of dough in a warm place. After 10 minutes the yeast mixture stir to avoid lumps. Again put the bowl of dough in a warm place until the appearance of the foam cap, ~10 minutes.
3. In the remaining milk (150ml) add salt (1 tsp), vegetable oil and the yeast mixture.
4. In small portions add flour, 1 tbsp. spoon every time you stir. The remaining flour (2-3 tablespoons), knead it with your hands and gather the dough into a lump.
5. Soft, smooth dough does not stick to hands. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil (1 tsp), put lump of dough and pull, so that it was covered with oil. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film or transparent bag so that the dough is not weathered.
6. Put the bowl in a warm place to increase in 2.5 times.
Prepare the stuffing. I have a simple filling, and I love pies with cabbage. As for the cabbage, you can add any taste additives. I have a home meat. It's 50% pork and 50% beef. 7. Peeled and chopped onion fry in hot oil (1 tbsp) until transparent. Add to the onions 1 tbsp (20 g) of butter and the minced meat, fry it until white.
8. Put the meat mixture in the bowl of a blender. Add seasoning for meat (0,5 tsp), salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, you can add 1 tooth. garlic. Grind in a blender, the meat will be much softer stuffing.
9. Finely chop cabbage and fry in butter (2 tbsp on.+1 tbsp butter) until soft. Allowed 1-2 tbsp of water.
10. Cabbage mixed with minced meat, salt, pepper, stir and remove the pan. Divide the filling into 8 parts.
11. Coming up abenaim dough, divide into 8 pieces and roll into balls. Cover the dough with wrap and give 15 minutes to "relax fit".
12. Take one ball, replusive or roll out the cake and put the filling.
13. Zasiyaet edges so that the center remained open.

15. Turn on the oven at min t 40 C. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and put the workpiece. Cover the baking tray with a delicate, dry towel or a clean "rag" and send to the oven for proofing for 20 minutes.
16. Then switch oven temperature to 190 C. Grease the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Put in the middle of the pie in a small piece (~1 tbsp) chilled butter and bake until Golden brown.
