Description
Variation of chicken Kiev. Cooking is not a lot more, but the result is not inferior than the chicken Kiev. Soft and juicy "ears" look on the table in new ways. The recipe caught my eye in the culinary brochure, so that's where the author claimed that the fryer bought solely for these "ears". Decided to take a test drive and my thanks to the author there is no limit! I suggest you try and appreciate.

And so here is our ingredients.
Cut fillets in half, hit through the foil, add salt, add spices (I use Basil, nutmeg, black pepper).

Vegetable oil (I have a 1 liter listed in the ingredients, exactly the amount needed according to the instructions of my deep fryer) pour in a bowl the fryer, put on max heat (I have "French fries"). Put "ears" in the fryer basket and fry 1-2 min. So the roasting doesn't allow butter and cheese to flow out of the "ears" and the excess vegetable oil dripping from the basket when removing the "ears" from the fryer.
