Here are the products we need for Kosarikov in creamy mushroom filling.
Prepare dumpling dough of 2 eggs, 150ml water, salt and flour. The stuffing mix with salt and pepper. Roll out a thin layer of dough. On a thin layer of dough put the stuffing. Mince and sprinkle with finely chopped greens onions and dill.
Will skatiem the dough with the stuffing in the roll.
Cut roll into slices 2 cm.
Cut the onion finely, grate carrot. Fry the vegetables in butter. In a pot put 2 tablespoons of vegetables.
Wash the mushrooms. Finely we shall cut. Fry and saute, add salt. Put in pots on top of the vegetables.
Put gusarica on mushrooms. I have entered for 7 -8 Kosarikov in two layers.
Meat broth ( I already salty) mix with a packet of sour cream and fill the pots. Possible without the broth. Water mix with sour cream.
Bake in the oven covering pots with lids 40-50 minutes at 200g. Take out and sprinkle with parsley.
