Chicken chops
Come spring, I want updates in everything, even in cooking. Cooked chops flew off the table in a jiffy. Soft, tender, juicy, flavorful, but cooking them, we'll be a little different, unlike traditional chops! Welcome to the table, dear cooks!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fillet, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and sprinkle with spices, I ground pepper, paprika, turmeric, herbs.

Prepare the marinade: whisk the egg, add starch and milk, stir.

Combine the chicken with the marinade, add wine vinegar, mix well, leave for 1 hour, and can be longer.

Spread with a spoon on a heated with oil pan and fry on both sides until Golden brown. Good hot or cold, enjoy it!!!
