Salty and spicy appetizer to the Greek style of the pre-baked eggplant on toasted slice of bread.

Cooking
Bake the eggplant for this warm up the oven t 200 degrees, the pan zastelit baking paper. Eggplants we shall grease with vegetable oil (1 tbsp ) and nakrem with a fork in several places. Bake the eggplant 40 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool to lukewarm (so as not to burn yourself when removing the skins), remove the skin or take out the eggplant flesh with a spoon.
On a dry pan fry a little of cedar and walnuts (separately).
Slices of bread toast them on a dry pan. Cheese grate or cut in small dice, use parsley with stalks, leaving a few leaves to decorate the finished dish.
In the bowl of a blender downloadable pulp of baked eggplant, cheese, parsley, peeled garlic, two kinds of nuts (pine leaving a little for decoration). Grind everything to desired consistency. Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. Season with black pepper and again whisk all in a blender.
I shook so left pieces of cheese and nuts, that's why the cheese I cut a cube and not rubbed on a grater. Salt is not needed due to the soy sauce and cheese the dish turns out pretty salty.
Actually everything, you can lay the paste on pieces of dried bread. Spread the paste, forming a hill on a piece of bread. Decorate to taste with parsley, pine nuts and cheese, grated on a fine grater.
