Awesome appetizer of vegetables. Tasty without salt, without pepper, with a minimum addition of vegetable oil. Very tasty on a slice of homemade bread and is under the brew!!! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

  • Tomato

  • Greens

Wash vegetables. Dry. To include a warming oven 180*. All the vegetables I took a large. Eggplant with no bitterness. Zucchini with small seeds, i.e. immature seeds. Tomatoes are fleshy.
