Pumpkin cream soup with bacon
Wonderful, bright, delicious soup made from pumpkin, which will warm and delight you. Sweet pumpkin and fried bacon - the perfect combination! Try it! PS And generally, I was sure that I don't like pumpkin until I tried this soup :)

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Bacon

    3 slice

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Sesame

  • Green onions

Our ingredients are.

Chop the vegetables.

Throw into a saucepan a small piece of butter and a tablespoon of vegetable heated. There also send the pressed garlic clove and onions. Fry until transparent, season with salt and pepper.

To the onions add the pumpkin, bell pepper, carrot and sugar (optional, if the pumpkin is sweet enough), fry for 5 minutes.

Then pour the water. At this stage you can add a slice of fresh ginger. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes check the readiness of a pumpkin, if everyone is ready, it's time to blend immersion blender and pour the cream. Add the spices, bring to a boil and remove the pan from the heat.

Fry slices of bacon, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds (separately of course:) ) And sliced green onions.

In a deep dish, pour our soup, spread on top the small pieces of bacon, pumpkin seeds, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions. Our soup is ready! Time to evaluate your efforts. Bon appetit! :)
