Simple, delicious, low-calorie soup - due to the lack of all your favorite potatoes and noodles. The recipe was invented by the husband, taking from the fridge that was and downloading it all in the pot.

Cooking
Take main components: chicken breast (fillet can), mushrooms, frozen vegetables, tomato, bell pepper.
In a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water, meanwhile cut the chicken in small pieces.
Load the chicken into the boiling water, bring to a boil, remove the foam.
There also add the mushrooms, allow to cook for 5 minutes.
And there - frozen vegetables. Add salt to taste.
Meanwhile, cut the pepper (I chop coarsely, then to make it easier to get plates for those who do not eat peppers), and tomato into 4 slices.
Download pepper and tomato, I then add a universal vegetable seasoning - a lot, at least a teaspoon; and black pepper - to taste. Here the main thing - not to overdo.
With tomatoes remove the skins (they are well away in the boiling soup), crushed garlic just before serving. All!
