Description

Apple tart
This is the first recipe that I took from the book of D. Oliver's "Dinners", imported from London! Tart is very simple, but in my opinion, the original! Never met a preparation method and the combination of such ingredients! First a little worried... and for good reason... it's Jamie, as always he did not disappoint! And a couple of words to the test... once again we see that shortcrust pastry for the tart is best done with the icing sugar and the yolks, it's just like a cookie turns out! And, despite the apparent sweetness - not cloying pie! I think that fans of condensed milk (the wash) will appreciate!

RUB hands crumbs that the butter has separated.

step-7
Chilled the cake to get, prick with a fork and send to 15 minutes in the oven, grilled at 180 degrees.
step-8
To get it and spread it with condensed milk.
step-9
Put the apples and pour juice, send it back in to bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, but put it not up, of the oven, and in the middle, so that the heat is not too strong!
