Cooking
1. Quinoa boil until tender.
2. At the same time peel and finely chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Half of butter to fry onions and carrots until Golden brown.
3. Squid for 30 seconds in a pot with boiling water, remove from the coagulated film. Cut into strips with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. add to the onions and carrots, fry for about a minute.
4. Add soy sauce, mix well. For seafood I like to use light soy sauce, it is not interrupted, and only emphasizes the delicate taste of seafood.
5. To make the sauce. Cream slightly warmed. Melt the remaining butter, fry the flour until Golden brown. Pour the cream and cook until thick on fire a little below average. Slightly cool and add sour cream. Mix well.
6. Put quinoa and sauce to the squid, mix well.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lay the squid over the cups, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven until Golden brown.
