Cooking
Mushrooms finely cut and fry in oil for 5 min. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce "Wok" from TM "Kikkoman" and fry until cooked.
Mix cottage cheese, remaining soy sauce "Kikkoman", mushrooms, mayonnaise, carrots, grated garlic.
Cut in small pieces and DRY with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread curd in pieces, and in the middle put the cubes of cheese.
