Delicate salmon salad
Why not just eat a lovely piece of grilled salmon, you ask... And I offer one piece of salmon to cook a terrific salad. Salad tenderness. Salad, perfectly balanced, easy and unforgettably delicious. "The feast in your mouth", as my favorite.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    150 g

Cooking

Wash and dry the piece of salmon.

Season with salt and sprinkle dried dill. Fry. In the roasting process, pour over the lime juice and occasionally watering juice formed by the piece of fish.

Cool the fish and with a fork divide it into small pieces. What a fabulous base for salad!

Finely slice onions and cucumbers and add to salmon.

Add the dried mint. Salt.

Slice the greens. And add the natural yoghurt. Add the zest of half a lime.

Mix. Be sure to check for salt. Leave in the fridge for half an hour and treat a loved one!
