Salad Berlin
Potato salad is my weakness for over 30 years, from the time of her husband's life in Germany. This salad is a godsend during Lent, it is a complete lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Brine

    80 ml

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

Onions cut thin half-rings, pickle in Apple cider vinegar with the mustard, crushed garlic, cucumber pickle and olive a mix of "Oleina".

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Hot-potato peel, cut into large pieces and mix with pickled onions.

Add to salad cut thin strips of pickled cucumber and Apple. Stir.

When serving, add salt as needed, sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers. Bon appetit!
