Bean soup with mushrooms and pork
For fans of thick, rich soups. This is the first and the second. Two-in-one.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    3 cup

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

Beans pre-soak for the night. In a saucepan put the meat, add water, bring to a boil, remove the noise, put the beans and cook on low heat for 40-50 min. To the beans seethe.
