Description
This dish caught my eye quite by accident, it was recorded on an old piece of paper, without proportions of products with a very strange description of the preparation of this very delicious fried eggs. I can say, revived, slightly modified, from which the eggs just won. Meet today on my cooking table - scrambled eggs in sour cream!
Ingredients

Sour cream

Cooking
That's all we need for cooking.
Start to fry the eggs, salt...
... and when the whites begin to turn white, spread them, avoiding egg yolks, sour cream.
Immediately sprinkle with a layer of cream cheese.
Towards the end of cooking the cheese will melt like this. Enjoy your Breakfast!
