Cooking
Boil 8 lasagna leaves in salted water, rinse with cold water and lay out to dry on a clean kitchen towel.
Green onions cut into thin rings and the garlic is very finely.
From the tuna to drain the fluid (oil or water), mash with a fork. Add the onion, garlic and finely chopped parsley.
Add cheese, eggs, 100g of Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
To place the fondant in a thick layer on the prepared lasagna, roll rolls.
Each roll cut into 2 (possible 3) parts.
Lay out vertically in a greased refractory form and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 10-15 min.
