Description
Dear cooks, please forgive me for individualism, but I prefer to make "personal gifts" to many things combined.... Today's Masonite - Eva Grimm! I will, of course, pleased if this recipe is someone else will like, especially on the eve of spring. Fast, easy, fast, juicy and ... delicious! 20 minutes of Your time... a variation on the recipe from a German W-La "Gut kochen", Nr. 3 /2010.

Cooking
Dried tomatoes chopped (I had cherry tomatoes in olive oil with garlic, Basil, etc. - i.e. more spicy).
Mix them with breadcrumbs and mayonnaise to make a large "baby."
Mix diced cheese 3 sprigs of chopped parsley.
To lay out fish fillets (here, pangasius) in a baking dish (I glass, I was no grease), salt and pepper fish fillet white ground pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
To connect spicy "chips" with cheese. On fish fillet to put the mixture... Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 15 minutes.
