Chicken meatballs with Parmesan
A very interesting dish. Unusual spicy taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Crumb bread

    6 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Meat skip through Mincer or grind in a blender.

Onion and garlic chop very finely.

Grate the cheese on medium terochke.

Bread crumbs to soak in water.

All the products together in one single bowl. Add the egg, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix the minced meat and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Dipping hands in cold water, roll small meatballs the size of a walnut. Lay them on a heated with oil pan and fry on all sides for 10 minutes.

Serve with Dijon mustard sauce and any side dish. I have wheat porridge rassypuha on the water - one of the most beloved in our family side dishes.
