Cooking
Sift the flour. Add baking powder and mix well.
Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (should have about 3 tbsp of juice).
Mix the lemon juice, zest and vegetable oil.
Beat the eggs with the sugar for approximately 5-7 minutes until fluffy.
To the egg-sugar mixture, add flour with baking powder and lemon mixture. Mix gently. Let the dough "rest" for 10 minutes. Container-the steamer lay parchment and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the batter. (From the specified quantity of products I have 1 cake and 5 cupcakes, so cook in 2 admission).
