Now my son in that beautiful age where he prefers is what's eating mom and dad! Accordingly, the mode "proper nutrition" we are constantly included! I offer a simple, fast, healthy and delicious Breakfast for the whole family! Though why only Breakfast? This fish can with an easy conscience, and dinner!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Spinach

    0.5 coup

  • Quail egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Lemon juice

First we need to find a suitable baking pan. It may be a few small (number of consumers) or a big one. I did a little, here is the layout for 1 serving. Grease with butter a mold
