Knedli with red currants
Prepare today knedli. Sweet, with red currants. Going to boil them in glasses or mugs! Knedli to be tender, delicious! Interested? Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Red currants

    300 g

Beat egg yolks, sugar, flour, salt and milk. Separately vzbit proteins to hard peaks. Add to the yolk mass and mix gently.

To prepare mugs or tumblers of the same size. Grease well with butter and sprinkle with flour. Excess flour to shake. The currants, wash them well. In a separate bowl lay off 100 grams of cooking syrup.

The remaining 100g currants to fill 3st. L. sugar. Bring to a boil. Pass the sauce through a sieve and again to return to the fire. Cook for 5 minutes until thick.
