Pie with apricots in lemon glaze
Very balanced taste, not cloying, tart with apricots in lemon glaze. With this pie and a nice Cup of tea is guaranteed.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    230 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apricot

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients to make a cake.

Before you start making the pie, one can prepare the crumbs, which we will further put our pie. In a bowl add the flour (150 gr.), sugar (80 gr.), vanilla TM "HAAS" (1/2 sachet).

Dry ingredients for the crumb-topping mix.

Add the butter (100 gr.).

The mixture is chopped into crumbs. A bowl of crumb topping you set aside.

For the dough: in a bowl Combine butter (150 gr.), sugar (150 gr.), vanilla TM "HAAS" (1/2 packet), salt (pinch) lemon zest (1 teaspoon), baking powder (1ch. spoon).

The mixture is well beaten.

Not stopping to whisk, one by one add the eggs (4 PCs.)

The butter-egg mixture ready.

Gradually add the flour (250 gr.)

The dough for the pie is ready.

The form for baking grease with butter, sprinkle with flour, to make a "French shirt".

Put the dough in the form. Put the halves of apricots.

Sprinkle cooked chips. Send in the oven for baking. Bake 40-50 min. until dry kindling at 180C. Perhaps in a separate oven time will need a little more or a little less.

Until pie is baked, one can prepare the lemon glaze. Powdered sugar (100 gr.) TM "HAAS" to join with lemon juice (2 tbsp.). Mix until well blended.
