Our products! The butter should be soft, so please remove it from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature. Eggs should also be room temperature. So...
Milk ( 300 ml ) to heat. The milk should be warm, not hot. In a bowl crumble the yeast, mix with sugar and 100ml milk until smooth.
The spacious capacity sift the flour ( the whole ). Add yeast mixture, salt, rest of milk and eggs. Now we need a mixer or kitchen machine with hook attachments. Knead the dough 3 minutes until smooth.
Add diced softened butter and continue to knead the dough for 4-5 minutes.
This dough is supposed to be! No flour to add or knead the dough by hand, here is not necessary - the mixer has done its job. Cover the dough with foil and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours to rise.
For the filling, put in a saucepan the milk ( 50 ml ), poppy seeds, a pinch of salt, the lemon zest and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
250 g soft butter whipped with powdered sugar for 5 minutes until creamy and smooth.
Add the cooled poppy seed filling, stir until smooth with a spatula.
Fill makove-oil filling piping bag and leave at room temperature.
A standard baking sheet 30*40 cm with baking paper. The dough is not kneaded, not abenaim, and immediately arrange on the baking sheet with your hands dipped in flour. Leave again for 30 minutes in a warm place to rise.
Now, dipping your index finger in flour, making frequent deep Crescent around the dough.
Using a pastry bag, fill the wells poppy-oil mixture.
Sprinkle the top of the future pie almond and 50 g of sugar. Put the pie on the second from the bottom level of the preheated oven ( 200 degrees or 180 degrees. fan ) and bake for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown.
