Cooking
For the first step we will need: margarine, egg yolks, 3 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, flour and baking powder
Mix the margarine with the sugar, yolks and salt. Whites until set aside in the refrigerator. They'll come in handy for filler.
Add flour with baking powder and turn the dough in this honey.
Take a bowl multivarki, pre-greased with part of the margarine, and pour into it our baby. Hands forming the bottom boards, as shown in the photo. Our Foundation is ready. Remove this yet in the fridge, and do filler.
For the next phase we need: cottage cheese, 7 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt and sour cream. All this is kneaded into a hand blender to a paste.
Add 2 tbsp of starch and mix up thoroughly in a homogeneous mass. Set aside.
Get whites out of the fridge, add to them a pinch of citric acid and whisk until soft peaks form.
In three steps you enter the beaten egg whites to the cheese filling. Stir gently with a spatula from the bottom up and clockwise. Get this air mass. Can't try very hard to knead until smooth, leaving the air bubbles. Set aside.
Remove the base from the fridge. Berry fall asleep (you can not completely thaw, so did not have time to drain the juice). I used blueberries, but I think that it is possible to experiment with other berries. Evenly spread the berries on the bottom of the base and sprinkle a spoon of sugar and spoon of starch. This is necessary in order to juice the berries are not spread and stabilized.
On top of the filled curd mass and spread with spatula.
From top to instill some blueberries and draw such patterns (this is optional, because the taste is not affected). And sent the whole thing into the slow cooker. Set the mode PASTRIES 65 minutes. Upon completion of the program the slow cooker switches to heating mode. Leave in this mode for another 20 minutes. Only then open and give the cake to cool completely in the bowl multivarki.
After complete cooling to be derived from the bowl of the slow cooker with attachments for steaming. I even decorate the top with blueberries and mint leaves. Sprinkle all with icing sugar. But there is one how much is enough imagination. Send the cake in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Well, this is what it looks like in cross section. Have a nice tea party!!!
