Cottage cheese and semolina pudding
With the advent of multivarki I became very often to cook cottage cheese casserole. And since my child does not like cheese, eggs, and semolina, for me, this casserole is a godsend!!! And to please the little sweet tooth I decided to add cacao to make an unusual shape. And though the idea of registration is not new, it turns out beautiful and delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

In a large bowl put the cottage cheese and 0.5 cups of sugar. It is better to try and add sugar to taste, because the cheese is different and the amount of sugar is different.
