Cottage cheese-chocolate Zebra
Very tasty and sweet dessert!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

Soak gelatine in 100 ml of water, give to swell. Then dissolve in a water bath (do not boil). Melt the chocolate in two bowls.

In each bowl, add 300 g of cottage cheese, 100 ml cream, 1/2 the dissolved gelatin, 3 tbsp. sugar. Beat with a blender until smooth.

Fill in the form on the principle of "Zebra".

Put in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to harden (preferably overnight).

Decorate with grated chocolate!!!
