Dessert
So in conclusion - the dessert! For me it was very unusual!! And very tasty!! It turns out the cream is not the cream.. and coconut milk porridge!!!! So, if you love coconut - definitely try it!!!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

  • Milk

    750 ml

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Liqueur

    50 ml

  • Nuts

Cooking

Mix in a saucepan the sugar, coconut, salt and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 40-45 minutes. Remove from heat.

Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and mix them with 1/2 Cup coconut mixture. Put the egg-coconut mixture into the remaining pot of coconut mixture, add vanilla, liqueur. Put on low heat and stirring constantly cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool.

Pour the cooled mixture over the cups. Cover with film and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Garnish with nuts, whipped cream can. Bon appetit!!!
