Description

Biscuit cherry
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Irisha1982 called "cherry Cake" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The biscuit recipe was very simple, so I added to it the cream and transformed into such a dessert.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Butter

    200 g

Cooking

step-0
Eggs with sugar to combine, beat with a mixer. Beat until the dough will increase in volume and will not turn into a solid foam. Sift the flour through a sieve and gently gradually introduce it into the beaten egg mixture. Mix the flour with a spoon, not a mixer! Optionally, you can add vanillin.
step-1
If cherries are frozen - thawed, juice drained.
step-2
The author offered to pour the batter into the pan, sprinkle with starch, put the cherries, sprinkle a layer of berries with the starch and pour remaining dough. I was preparing a cake as a base for the cake, so a little deviated from the advice of the author and cherries sprinkled in starch separately from the test.
step-3
Mix gently.
step-4
Form grease with butter (I baked it in a slow cooker, so please do not be surprised my form-saucepan).
step-5
You can sprinkle the form of flour to the biscuit guaranteed to be easily out of shape.
step-6
Pour part of the test, place the cherries, pour on top the remaining batter. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (in a slow cooker for much longer).
step-7
At this time, make the easiest cream whisk the melted butter with condensed milk.
step-8
Ready cake remove from the oven, allow to cool and gently remove from the mold. Here's a biscuit I got.
step-9
Depending on the height of the biscuit to be cut into 2 or 3 layers.
step-10
Cakes impregnated with syrup and fluff cream. The finished cake can be sprinkled with grated chocolate or nuts.
