Cooking

step-0
Cakes are very simple to prepare. It's always welcome in delicious cakes! So, let's have chocolate. In a water bath or, like me, in the microwave, melt it with the butter. I usually take here are chocolate coins, this is the Suite for melting very quickly... and the chocolate is very good quality.
step-1
After, leave the chocolate aside to cool. Beat eggs with sugar in the lush foam.
step-2
Next, add the eggs to the cooled chocolate and the cognac, mix well.
step-3
Now nuts! Peanuts I had unrefined and raw. I roasted it, and then cleaning each nut was thrown into a blender. Grind.. grind... pretty small.
step-4
Go back to the dough! Add the sifted flour and here is mix up with a spoon, neatly, quietly, without fanaticism... to keep the airiness of the test...
step-5
Add nuts, stir again...
step-6
And in the end, add ginger!
step-7
Prepare form! As this cake, respectively, my shape is square! If there are such, I think you can and a tray to use. Grease and sprinkle with semolina. Spread the dough into shape! And in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
