Cupcakes
I offer a wonderful recipe for muffins. This recipe you can use as the basis for a variety of different ingredients — raisins, nuts, different berries. I added coconut to the dough. Part of the cupcakes are filled with frozen red currants, and some - jam.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Semolina

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    155 g

  • Corn flour

    60 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

    30 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cook porridge. To the milk add the semolina, sugar, salt, bring to boil, boil for 1-2 seconds. and to remove from fire, cool.

In egg mass pour in vegetable oil, the yogurt, whisk, add semolina and whisk.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, coconut flakes. To add to our mass and quickly mix it all together.

Muffin tin greased with butter, not silicone grease. Spread the batter in the ramekins on a ¾.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes until dry matches (focus on your oven). Cool on a wire rack.
