And now that our filling is ready, you can begin the test. I prepared the dough using breadmaker, but it can be cooked in the usual way. In the bucket put the bread machine according to instructions: sour cream, yogurt, egg, butter (melted), flour (sift and weigh), yeast.
Put the bucket in the bread machine, turn on mode "dough". The dough is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once the dough is ready, take it out of the bread machine. And begin to cut. The dough turns elastic, very soft and tender.
