Cooking
The beef I have is not a home – promzaboya, so I thought it would be tough. But it turned out quite soft, I was pleasantly surprised.

During this time, prepare the sauce and vegetables. Cut the vegetables into narrow strips. Heat 2 tsp of sesame oil, sauté for 30 seconds. the garlic, add onions, peppers, saute vegetables for 10 minutes until soft. A long time to extinguish, so the color does not become dull. Set aside.
Mix all ingredients for sauce.
Preheat the fryer. Strips of meat roll in cornstarch, shake off excess.
Fry until brown (until done).
Mix the meat with the sauce so that the sauce enveloped the entire surface of the pieces, and add the vegetables. Heat a little cooked meat with sauce and vegetables. Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
