Fish stewed in tomato juice
For this recipe I would recommend taking herring, mackerel or small fish. In the latter case, the result would look like pilchards in tomato sauce. During a long stewing the bones become very soft as canned. Cook in multivarka Vitek VT-4205 BK.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Spices

  • Tomato juice

    1.5 l

  • Vegetable oil

Turn mode the multicooker Frying oil and fry the onion until translucent.
